Cost is determined by the length and complexity of the documentation required, and time spent. 

Excuse from work or school letters, letters advocating for additional occupational or academic resources and special accommodations, letters of retroactive medical withdrawal from college courses, documentation of the medical necessity for an emotional support animal (for tenants and/or travel purposes), jury duty exceptions, simple verification of treatment statements, and other, brief, hand-signed, official medical endorsements on letterhead are billed at $50.00

Lengthier, comprehensive medical summaries and multi-page narratives are billed at $75.00
