LATE CANCELLATION

Appointments must be cancelled with at least twenty-four hours' advance notice.  Failure to keep an appointment without notice will result in a no-show fee billed to your account for the full cost of the visit.  If you cancel an appointment with less than twenty-four hours' notice, you will be responsible for 50% of your appointment fee.

New patients wishing to enroll at Silva Psychiatric Care may reserve a one-hour appointment by making payment upon scheduling the initial evaluation.  This amount is fully refundable for any reason up to 24 hours before the appointment.  Prospective patients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or who miss their initial appointment altogether, are entitled to a refund of their deposit upon request, minus a $150 fee.

All outstanding fees are due prior to your next appointment.  Please note that your ability to schedule future appointments and obtain refills may be hampered if you fail to make arrangements to have your account balance paid in full in a timely manner.
