students ages 18-29 who are actively enrolled in school, full- or part-time, including online coursework may be eligible for sliding scale fees, a reduction in cost. Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, proof of matriculation is required, grants are subject to semi-annual review, and there is no guarantee that an application will be approved. the program is also subject to cancellation at any time.
