*If you have health insurance, Silva Psychiatric Care will be out-of-network.  However, most plans will reimburse you if you choose to see an out-of-network provider, according to certain terms and limitations specific to each plan.  I am happy to provide paid invoices, so that you may file your own claims with your insurance company for purposes of possible reimbursement; please check with your plan provider to see if you qualify.

Once in the maintenance phase of treatment, most patients return to clinic every three months, for an annual out-of-pocket cost of $800.  Some patients may elect to be seen only once every six months, for an annual out-of-pocket cost of only $400, depending on the individual and type of treatment.  Click here for more information on the required Frequency of Visits.
